I get it, online personal training doesn’t work for you, you need someone to literally be there making sure that you turn up each week to do the workouts, correct technique, give you advice on nutrition and have a bit of a laugh at the end. Whilst I have experience and success in training people of all genders, ages and ability levels, our special focus is on training for women to get into better shape, improve health and confidence, set goals and maintain fitness.
I’m offering 12 weeks remote or in person personal training. Having 1-1 contact time with me through zoom or in person.
Most of you struggle to find the right training programme that will help you achieve your goals that’s why I’m here to provide structure to your workouts.
I’m also here to give you accountability and motivation as most people tend to get better results working with someone as their coach and having that accountability to someone than trying to do it themselves.
